In September, local nonprofit The Green Chair Project launched its online retail portal, The Shop, making its popular resale store accessible during the pandemic. 100 percent of proceeds from its sales benefit its program, providing home furnishings to local families in need, including their goal of providing beds to all Wake County schoolchildren.
