“It’s just our second weekend at the Farmers Market, but we’ve been getting a lot of good feedback. Most of the greens you find in the grocery store are from California or Arizona, so we’re proud that we’re becoming the local lettuce brand that you can buy in North Carolina.”—Allison Culbreth, one of the co-founders of Blue Thumb Farms, a hydroponic farm in Zebulon, NC that specializes in leafy greens.
