WALTER Magazine Wins 2023 OZZIE Award for Design, Celebrating Excellence in Regional/City Publishing

We are thrilled to announce a recent triumph at the 2023 OZZIE Awards, where the publication secured an award for design in the regional/city magazine category. The recognition marks a significant achievement for WALTER, reflecting the unwavering commitment to excellence in storytelling for more than 10 years in the City of Oaks.
The EDDIE and OZZIE Awards, hosted by Folio: magazine, are regarded as one of the most distinguished accolades in the publishing industry. They recognize outstanding work in magazine design and editorial content.
WALTER magazine, known for its compelling content and visuals, received the 2023 OZZIE Award for Design of a Single Issue in the Regional/City Magazine category. This is the first OZZIE win for the magazine. It was awarded for WALTER’s September 2022 issue, a particularly special issue for WALTER, as it celebrated the 10-year anniversary of the magazine with a special section looking back on its previous coverage, in addition to its monthly content.
