On November 12, international real estate firm Hines, along with Columbia Development, started construction of Fenton, a 69-acre mixed-use development in Cary, which is expected to be completed in Spring 2022. The ground- breaking was celebrated with hors d’oeuvres, music, and, of course, shovels to break the ground.
