GalaxyCon, a four-day celebration of fandom for movies, television, comics, wrestling, and gaming returned to the Raleigh Convention Center from July 29 to August 1. The event attracted tens of thousands of participants, many of whom dressed as their favorite characters, to see stars like Brendan Fraser, William Shatner, Shannon Elizabeth, Barry Botwick, and GalaxyCon founder Mike Broder.
