The Whirl: Evening on the Piazza

On May 7, Il Palio at the Siena Hotel hosted bartender Carrie Brogren from Chapel Hill-Carrboro Foodies for An Evening on the PIazza. Brogan and Il Palio beverage manager Annabel Butler created cocktails with North Carolina spirits, served with oysters shucked by chef Adam Rose. Penny’s Bend performed and a portion of proceeds benefitted Orange County Meals on Wheels.
