Balanced and delicious, the Mambo Sun is made with homemade grenadine and mezcal is a new staple. It’s a favorite at Neptunes Parlour, the underground bar recently reopened by husband and wife team Martin and Erin Wheeler.
How to Make Neptunes’ Mambo Sun
Mambo Sun Ingredients
2 3/4 ounces lime
1 ounce pineapple
3/4 ounce grenadine
1 ounce pineapple rum
1⁄2 ounce mezcal
Splash of club soda
Directions: Shake, strain and serve over ice in a Collins glass rimmed with Tajin, salt and an orange wedge for garnish.
