Paul Jones is an award-winning poet and professor emeritus at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. His latest collection is called Something Wonderful. Originally from the Charlotte area, he lives in Chapel Hill.

Susie Silver is a visual artist whose paintings eschew realistic imagery to transport the viewer to a place of calm. She is also the CEO and founder of With Pride Consulting, an LGBTQ+ inclusiveness consulting company. She lives in Cary.
