Author and humanitarian Kathy Izard was the special guest for an evening celebration in support of The Green Chair Project’s Capital Campaign September 17. The Green Chair Project is a Raleigh based nonprofit that reuses furnishings and essential home accessories and provides them to families in Wake County that are transitioning out of homelessness, crisis or disaster.
