Boatman Spirits Co., the craft cocktail bar and restaurant that opened last summer at downtown Raleigh’s Seaboard Station, entered its next phase with the official launch of its on-site distillery. On Feb. 1 they released their first bottles of house-distilled vodka and two gins for retail sale. The distillery hosted a bottle launch party on Feb. 22 to celebrate this achievement.
