On Apr. 18, Empire Eats hosted ’Cuegrass, an annual barbecue- and bluegrass-centered festival that benefits children’s causes. This year, they supported SAFEchild, The Occoneechee Council of Boy Scouts of America, Freedom Ride Rescue, Broughton Capital Foundation and Arts Together. The festival included live music, a kids’ zone, a mini market and, of course, barbecue.
