The Beaufort Historic Site was a regional host to the NC Plein Air Art Festival for two days of live outdoor painting and gallery exhibitions. The official Beaufort Artist Reception and Pop-Up Gallery Sale happened on May 15 at the Mattie King Davis Gallery with wine, charcuterie and a chance to greet the painters.
