On Sept. 13, the Friends of the City of Raleigh Museum hosted former members of the Raleigh Hall of Fame to recognize the organization’s contributions. (The RHOF organization disbanded in 2023 and turned over its assets to the Friends of the City of Raleigh Museum, which now houses the RHOF.) Jheri Hardaway moderated a panel with David Crabtree of WRAL and PBS fame, former Raleigh mayor Smedes York and longtime basketball coach John Baker III.
