On Sept. 18, WALTER hosted Book Club with Valerie Bauerlein to celebrate her new book, The Devil at His Elbow, a true-crime story about the Murdaugh murders. WALTER founding editor Liza Roberts interviewed Bauerlein about the research that went into the book, then the audience participated in a lively Q&A and book signing.
