On September 13th, a breezy Sunday night, restaurateur Giorgios Bakatsias hosted a Grecian celebration of wine, food and entertainment at Durham restaurant, Parizade, for the 28th year in a row.

These hardy shrubs are frost & drought tolerant + can thrive in sun or shade & a variety of soil conditions. 🐦 Feed the Birds: toss seeds around shrubs for ground feeders like robins. For bluebirds, serve mealworms inside some feeders @ for Goldfinches, try thistle seed in upright tube-style feeders. ✂️Prune shrubs & trees like tea olives, Japanese maples and fruit trees.
