The Martinez

Ingredients:

2 ounces Pinetop Carolina Gin
1 cap full of Vermouth
1/8 ounce Maraschino liquor
3 dashes of orange bitters

Mix ingredients and stir in a glass with ice for a silky texture. Double strain into a coupe glass, then garnish with a dehydrated stained lemon.
