One of Raleigh’s largest charitable service projects took place in the Bedford community on April 5. Over 30 volunteers, including Rick Suter and a team from the BB&T Lighthouse Project, teamed up with to sort and deliver over $105,000 worth of clothing and sports gear across the Triangle to organizations including the Raleigh Boys Club, Raleigh Rescue Mission, Oak City Outreach, Note in the Pocket, Children’s Home Society of N.C., Durham Rescue Mission and the Salvation Army.
