Gallery C celebrated the opening of “The Americans: Silver Gelatin Photographs by Marsha Burns” on Aug. 7. Guests gathered to view Burns’ black-and-white portraits drawn from decades of work capturing everyday Americans in places like the Ellensburg Rodeo, Seattle and Vashon Island. Burns’ photographs are held in major collections including the Met, MoMA and the Smithsonian.
