Taste of the Wild

On October 13, WALTER magazine will present its 2021 Taste of the Wild event, which highlights the importance of sourcing local.

This year, Chef Sunny Gerhart of St. Roch Fine Oysters + Bar, Chef Jake Wood of Lawrence BBQ, Sean Wilson of Fullsteam Brewery and Ana Shellem of Shell’em Seafood will collaborate on a farm-to-table dinner at Boxyard RTP.

Wine parings from Uncorked will also be featured.
